Veg Boxes

We have been running a local box scheme since 2021, delivering to Liphook and local areas, with the option to collect on foot or by bike. We will restart the box scheme in June. Scroll down for FAQs.

How do our Veg Boxes work?

What day is delivery/collection?

Every Thursday, with boxes available for collection from 12-6pm.

When the is cut off point for orders?

We close all orders by Wednesday evening in order to begin preparing the boxes.

How do I pay?

When you sign up via the Ooooby site, you connect a card to your account. Ooooby will bill you in advance for the first box, and after this you will be billed in arrears (meaning your card will be charged each Thursday after all boxes have been delivered).

Can I find out what’s in my box each week?

Yes, we send an email out by Tuesday lunchtime, with some brief news from the farm and a list of what to expect in your box. Please bear in mind we may make substitutions on the day if we need to, but we try to avoid this.

Can I make edits?

Yes, you have until orders close on Wednesday evening to request a substitution via email. Please try and limit your substitutions to a maximum of one a week. We will make exceptions for allergies and intolerances, just speak to us directly.

Do I need to commit to a time period?

No, one of the brilliant things about the Ooooby platform is that you are in control. You can choose bi-weekly boxes, or pause for a number of weeks, or cancel for a time period. Please bear in mind that if you cancel your subscription once we have reached full capacity of customers, you may lose your place in the box scheme.

We would appreciate continuity if at all possible, we are a small farm and keeping a regular subscription makes it easier for us to keep going.

What is a Solidarity Box?

When you buy a Solidarity Box, that money goes into a pot towards veg for the Liphook Food Bank. We deal directly with them, find out what they need, and offer them a discounted wholesale price, as well as donating any surplus or “wonky” veg.
